1Scan Privacy Policy
Application use
To provide its features, 1Scan uses entered, scanned and imported data, files and images, settings and connection details, and location where a feature requires it. Android permissions control access where applicable.
Data may be stored on your device. Work data, login details and technical identifiers may be sent to connected systems and applications through user actions or integration commands. The respective operators determine processing at these destinations.
Diagnostics and external services
To analyse and improve performance, AppMetrica receives device and installation information, feature usage and settings, operation results and errors, identifiers and IP addresses with the country inferred from them. Sending may be enabled by default; the app requests a choice under its regional conditions. You can disable sending in general settings. AppMetrica data processing.
Google ML Kit processes images on the device and sends technical information and identifiers to Google; the AppMetrica switch does not disable these transmissions. Google ML Kit data processing. System address lookup and text-to-speech services may also use the network.
Protection and retention
Local data use Android protection mechanisms. Transmission protection depends on the connection: HTTP does not encrypt traffic, and continuing with an untrusted certificate reduces protection.
Local data remain until you delete them or the relevant feature clears them. You can delete them through Android controls; exported copies and data held by recipients remain separate. Retention and deletion at external services depend on their policies and settings. Disabling analytics does not delete past reports.
Enquiries
For data processing, access or deletion enquiries, contact the developer. Enquiry data are used to respond and retained for handling the request and applicable obligations.
The current policy is published at 1scan.ru/privacy/en/. The previous application (com.ildus.scanclient) has a separate policy.
